As part of Gwynedd Business Week I am hosting a seminar as during the ‘Let’s Talk Business’ day at The Management Centre, Bangor Business School, Bangor University LL57 2DG.

The ‘Let’s talk business’ theme is taken to another level where ‘Talking’ is the focus of this event. Whenever you talk with others about your business you are using communications and ‘Public Relations’ (PR).

In a competitive market place you need to communicate clearly and effectively with your staff, customers and potential customers. PR helps you to build the reputation you want and to differentiate it from others to give your organisation a competitive edge.

In tough economic times the battle for market share becomes harder. Amongst the ‘buzz’ of competitive voices, you are going to have to communicate loudly and clearly.

We will discuss: defining your customers, formulating a message, planning your communications, different ways to communicate to your staff, customers and potential customers.
